Variable Application For Precision Farming
Streambar VR features a VariValve manifold system, where each valve is encased in a specially developed rubber sleeve and allows the operator to achieve a tenfold increase in flow rate from a threefold increase in pressure. This Variable Rate system performs perfectly where variable application maps are being used, application rates are changed frequently or where there are large changes in sprayer forward speed.
The unique manifold directs the flow of liquid fertiliser into four individual outlets at spacing of 12.5 cm across the whole boom width.
Pressure at each outlet is low, so the stream of liquid produced contains only large, heavy fertiliser droplets. These large droplets ensure that fertiliser rolls off the crop onto the ground minimising the risk of crop scorch.
Streambar VR creates vertical streams of liquid fertiliser. This means that the application pattern is consistent regardless of boom height. On breezy days when a normal fertiliser cap could not be used, a Streambar VR can extend the sprayer's working window. The boom can be dropped to just above the crop minimising spray disruption but without compromising spray pattern.
Even application with Minimised Crop Scorch
Uniform flow across the Streambar VR is crucial to ensure even application, especially on sloping ground. Once liquid has passed through the Variable Rate metering system, liquid is fed to low-pressure ports to ensure even application.
Versatile Fitment & Full Serviceability
Streambar VR is available with a variety of nozzle caps and can be fitted directly to a wide range of sprayers. The compact design and LinkSystem ensure alignment, reducing the chance of breakage if the boom comes in contact with the crop or ground.
Streambar VR is manufactured from UV-resistant ASA for a long service life with service parts available.
