Even application with Minimised Crop Scorch
ASA NutriJet liquid fertiliser fixed orifice caps distribute liquid fertiliser from 5 streams to apply evenly and precisely across the spray boom.
Uniform coverage across the boom is achieved by 5 precisely controlled streams of liquid fertiliser. Outlet layout and spacing have been precisely calculated in order to maximise application uniformity. NutriJet has been rigorously tested for fitment at 25cm (10"), 38cm (15") & 50cm (20") nozzle spacings.
NutriJet nozzles from size red (04) through to light green (15) are fitted with a unique StreamGuard baffle system. This innovative baffle is designed to ensure there is no break up of the application pattern, which helps to reduce the risk of crop scorch.
Full Range of ISO Coded Nozzles
The NutriJet range conforms to the ISO international colour-coding and sizing system for agricultural crop protection spray nozzles. Eight sizes are available, including 02 yellow, 03 blue, 04 red, 05 brown, 06 grey, 08 white, 10 light blue and 15 light green.
Fitment To All Sprayer Brands
NutriJet is convenient and easy to fit to most brands of sprayer and is connected via an EF3 bayonet system (commonly referred to as a Euro Fit or EF3 bayonet).
Designed to be used as a standalone nozzle or in conjunction with a Streambar MR in positions where it is difficult to fit a Streambar MR. NutriJet's compact, robust design minimises damage & breakages.
NutriJet are designed to operate at a boom height of between 50 and 70 cm above the target. Typically used at the lower end of the pressure range, NutriJet helps reduce the risk of crop scorch caused by small droplets.
